Healthy Meals

We aim to provide your child with home-made meals that are freshly prepared using fresh produce, wholegrains and plenty of fruit and vegetables. We use full fat products and minimize re-defined sugars, to form a healthy balanced diet.

Our unique menus and recipes have been formulated by our team, ensuring that through-out the day your child will have healthy regular meals, which are essential for happy, healthy growing children! We have a 5 week seasonal menu, including the stages of weaning.

We work closely for the individual child to ensure we meet their dietary requirements and preferences by providing separate meal plans when required.

We are currently in the process of putting together our recipe folder. This will include the list of ingredients, allergy information and cooking methods, enabling you to enjoy your child’s favourite meals at home together.

Porridge or a variety of cereals with raisins, brown/white toast, crumpets & muffins with jams or marmite, *baby porridge, puree fruits*

Morning Snacks

Self selection : a variety of fresh fruits and crudites *puree fruits, soft/cooked crudites*


Fish pie & seasonal vegetables
Sugar-free date & banana flapjack


Spaghetti Bolognese & seasonal vegetables
Natural yoghurt & fruit puree

Afternoon Snacks

Home-made wholemeal seeded bread stick with dip & crudités


Home-made mini quiche with a variety of fruits *puree fruits, soft/cooked crudites*


Chicken, roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables with gravy
Pineapple sponge & cream


Bacon and lentil soup with home made bread and butter *lentil and vegetable soup with homemade bread and butter*
